Report incorrect information
We want listings to be accurate. This page explains what you can do today and what we are still building.
Practice-specific corrections (available today)
On many practice profile pages you will find a link to Report a correction. That opens a short form tied to that practice. Submissions are stored for review by our team; we do not promise an immediate change on the live site.
To use it, open the practice from search results first.
Broader reports (channel being finalised)
We are not yet offering a general-purpose submission form on this page for issues that are not tied to a single practice profile (for example prescription listing rows across retailers, or cross-practice data questions).
This is temporary pre-launch copy. A dedicated channel will be announced when it is ready.
What you may want to report
Examples include:
- Wrong or outdated price or fee band
- Wrong opening hours
- Wrong ownership or group label
- Wrong address or practice name
- Wrong or broken website link we show as public-facing
- Prescription comparison data that does not match what you see on a retailer site
Information to prepare (for when reporting opens fully)
- Practice name and address (or URL of the page where you saw the issue)
- Type of issue (for example price, hours, ownership)
- The corrected value or description of what should change
- Any evidence you can share (for example a link to the clinic’s own price list or a screenshot description) — avoid sending unnecessary personal data
